5. Leg Contouring

    • Locate most prominent part of quadricep

    • Start spray at muscle peak

    • Use upward feathering motions toward hip

    • Follow muscle curve along thigh and hooking down at the bottom

    • Mirror technique on opposite leg

6. Upper Body Definition

Shoulder Enhancement

  • Deltoid

    • Start at shoulder cap

    • Spray underneath deltoid muscle

  • Shoulder Blade Area

    • Apply under shoulder blade edge

  • Biceps and Triceps

7. Back Contouring

  • Upper Back

* Direct client to move arm to expose any definition

  • Lower Back

* Enhance natural curve down spine

* Define lower back dimples if applicable
